February Challenge

 

Here's our picture for this month. It is from a building in Chicago,USA called the Belle Shore apartment block. Very much Art Deco.

Your challenge this month is to include both squares and roses.

Now our Design Team have outdone themselves again with this challenge.

Pen and ink drawing done by my mom when she was in high school. I cut out a picture of her at that time. I cut this out of a larger piece of paper which had been discolored and damaged. You can still see some of the damage on the cut out pieces if you look closely. I kept her signature intact at the bottom. There are subtle squares in the green background paper.
