October Challenge

The October challenge at Archiscraps is STEPPING.

This can be done 2 ways.

A) Use different size photos stepping down the page

B) Show a step by step process  eg making a cake, baby rolling over etc.

Here's my example of B. It shows how the male lion asserted his dominance over the female.

September challenge

 

This is the partisan's memorial in Israel. 

The September challenge at Archiscraps is to use a large star as a feature.

This challenge could work in with Christmas. Why not make a star Christmas card or layout?

Or just use the star shape in another way. I saw this layout on Paper Issues.

August Challenge

Well August has appeared on the horizon and another month begins.

Your challenge this month is use a wheel or something that turns a circle. It must actually turn so use a brad to fasten it to your page.

This is actually a wheel containing several photos that turns so different photos show in the hole.

The prize is a mini binder album (with rings) as well as a small mask and some ribbons.

July Challenge

 

I have another easy challenge for you this month. Can you guess?    

Use an elephant somewhere on your layout.

Maybe you have zoo photos, or circus photos or you've travelled somewhere there's elephants. Or maybe you just have a picture of an elephant in your stash and want to use it. Do you have a favourite elephant story like Babar or Elmer the patchwork elephant. Let your mind wander through your elephant files!
